At Cyn's Chic Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
